No Whoppers Here!
When Erika & Mike were home at Thanksgiving, Erika told us that when she visited her friend Carie in Hawaii, Carie's Mom had sent her a care package that included some fantastic whoppers (you know, those malted milk balls) from the Ithaca Bakery.
Thinking that we had to keep up with Carie's Mom, we went to the Ithaca Bakery on Sunday for lunch and to get some of the special treats for Erika. Sadly, the staff at the Bakery knew nothing of the great whoppers- so ..... we had cookies for dessert, and Erika does not get whoppers for her birthday.

That's okay, thanks for trying, it's the thought that counts. I'll have to ask Carie to clarify. ( I think she means the Triphammer Mall - across from Friendly's...)
