Christmas time

Christmas in Prague is a joy. First of all, you're allowed to call it Christmas. There are public nativity scenes in many of the squares, and there are collections of antique and unique nativity scenes on display. Since we weren't traveling this year, we did the tourist thing and visited this nativity display:

Our favorites were the tiny ones - this one in a snail shell...




and this one in a walnut shell...

There were some magnificent antique scenes as well..









But the best scene in this particular display was this animated one - see the video below.

Thanks for posting the exhibit with the moving figures. I remember seeing that one when we were there last time. The rooms were filled with amazing creative nativity scenes!
