Riverside Easter egg hunt

The school where I work has an annual Easter egg hunt for the primary school children, although it is NOT a traditional egg hunt.

In this hunt, the teachers hide in the woods with a basket of chocolate eggs and the kids (and their parents) roam through the woods searching for the teacher stations. When they find one, they must answer a question in order to get an egg. At our station, we required the kids to sing "Heads, Shoulders, Knees and Toes" to earn their eggs. There were lots of groans from the older boys, but they all complied!

Some beautiful, traditional Czech Easter eggs....

This bunny found some friends.....

You could tell the teachers by their ears! Our friend Laura is heading off to hide......

Elliot was having fun...

Ready, set, go.....

A happy hunter heads home - Owen was very proud that he found all the teachers!
