Christmas Eve.

We celebrated Christmas Eve yesterday with a trip to Rich & Diane's house. They truly have the gift of hospitality, and welcomed us all, providing a wonderful meal of beef rib roast and yummy side dishes.

The table was beautifully set in the dining room, but the appetizers had moved to the kitchen, and so did we.... Chef Rich is keeping an eye on the main course, and I believe our discussion in this video clip involved food - what else?

After our wonderful afternoon and evening, Tom and I then drove back to Ithaca for the Christmas Eve candlelight service at 11 PM.

In the midst of all of our preparations for moving and disposing of yet even more possessions, we felt very fortunate to have such a wonderful day. Thanks to all for the thoughtful gifts, and the extra special gifts of your time and love!
